Patricia Lutz –  MA, LPC, E-RYT

Patricia is passionate about holding space for you to find peace and move through life's challenges. Creating change, growth, and healing on your own can be overwhelming. It takes bravery to seek help; you don’t have to walk this path alone. Patricia holds a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients to move toward their therapeutic goals.
 
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), she is thrilled to work with clients at Living Pono Counseling. Patricia holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Patricia also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Northeastern Illinois University. Earning a BFA has been an asset to her therapeutic practice, assisting in exploring Art Therapy and other creative modalities.

In addition, her extensive experience as a Certified Yoga Teacher allows for integrating yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness into sessions when appropriate.

Patricia also holds two professional trauma-informed yoga certifications:

The ability to blend traditional psychotherapy modalities and holistic body-based healing modalities allows her to offer a unique and mindful therapeutic approach.
