Megan Woyke – MA, LPC, BA

Megan is seeing all her clients out of our Hastings Minnesota office

Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of San Diego. Megan also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Minnesota with a major in Psychology and a minor in Art specializing in ceramics. Her minor in art has been beneficial to assist her in Art Therapy techniques.  Additionally, her ceramic work has influenced her to have a passion for clay and somatic-based therapies.

Megan strives to create a comfortable and inclusive environment where everyone can feel safe to grow. Working from a person-centered approach, she believes therapy should be about meeting you where you are at and working together from there.

Additionally, her therapeutic approach is based on psychodynamic theory, however, she is passionate about finding the right tools for each individual client. Some of these include working with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. Through exploring the unique needs of each individual she believes together we can find a helpful path toward growth.
