Patricia Lutz –  BFA, Clinical Intern


Patricia is passionate about holding space for you to find peace and move through life's challenges. Change, growth, and healing can be incredibly daunting. It takes bravery to seek help. Patricia holds a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients to move toward their therapeutic goals.

Currently earning her master's degree, she is thrilled to be working with clients as a Clinical Intern at Living Pono Counseling. Patricia will graduate with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2021. Previously, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Northeastern Illinois University. Earning a BFA has been an asset to her therapeutic practice, assisting in exploring Art Therapy.

Additionally, her extensive experience as a Certified Yoga Teacher allows for the integration of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness into sessions when appropriate. In addition to being an E-RYT, she holds two professional certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga & Leadership.


Leading workshops, classes, private sessions, and monthly support groups for survivors has helped her gain perspective, understanding, and experience. Patricia is honored to create a safe space for trauma survivors to access their innate resilience. Working with survivors is her passion. Patricia remains dedicated to continuing to serve this extraordinary community as a psychotherapist.
