Elizabeth Green
LPC - pending
Hi there, I’m Elizabeth
I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School. I have experience providing individual therapy for children and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, and life transitions. My experience also includes leading group therapy for adults dealing with substance use issues.
I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. My mission is to help clients build resilience and self-awareness by integrating evidence-based practices such as CBT and trauma-informed care with holistic approaches like mindfulness and trauma-sensitive yoga. I strive to meet each client where they are, supporting growth, balance, and healing along the way.”

THE LIVING PONO APPROACH
in life, Pono stands for righteousness and balance
In Hawaiian, if a person is living Pono, it means that they have struck the right balance within themselves, with other things, places, and the people in their lives.
We take that same approach when helping you to grow.
