My work is collaborative and goal-focused, supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life transitions, relationship stress, and emotional challenges. I integrate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with Gottman- and Imago-informed approaches to help clients strengthen communication, deepen connection, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

I value creating a grounded, respectful therapeutic space where clients feel supported in identifying what works and building on existing strengths.
