Hi there, I’m Nicole

I am a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University, where my concentration was the forensic track. For more than a decade, I have worked in the nonprofit sector, helping older adults navigate critical life transitions while advocating for their needs. Over the years, my work has expanded to include supporting first responders, as well as individuals affected by domestic violence, providing guidance through some of life’s most challenging moments.

As an EMDR-trained clinician, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. I believe that healing begins when individuals are given space to process their emotions in a way that feels authentic and manageable. Whether you are coping with trauma, stress, or major life changes, I strive to help you uncover resilience and build strategies for lasting emotional well-being.

THE LIVING PONO APPROACH

in life, Pono stands for righteousness and balance

In Hawaiian, if a person is living Pono, it means that they have struck the right balance within themselves, with other things, places, and the people in their lives.

We take that same approach when helping you to grow.

to help you to begin Living Pono
